1. About the Service
BukuOrder is a subscription (SaaS) application that helps digital product sellers manage orders coming in via WhatsApp: order tracking, admin task sharing, customer invoices, and revenue reports. The service is a record-keeping tool — we do not sell any digital products and are not a party to transactions between users and their customers.
2. Accounts & Free Trial
- One account represents one store. You are responsible for keeping your account and staff admin passwords confidential.
- New sign-ups get a free 30-day trial with all features, no credit card required.
- The data you enter remains yours. We claim no ownership over your store's order data.
3. Payments & Renewals
- Subscription fees: Rp 10.000 per 30 days or Rp 100.000 per 365 days. Features are identical; only the duration differs.
- Payments are processed via the Tripay gateway (QRIS). We never store card or bank details.
- Renewals are added to your remaining time — paying early never cuts your remaining period.
- Successful payments are non-refundable, unless activation provably failed due to an error in our system.
- When your plan expires, app access is paused until renewal. Your store data is never deleted and returns after renewal.
4. Affiliate Program
- Every account has an affiliate link. A 20% commission is granted on every payment made by users who signed up through it.
- Commission payouts are handled manually by the admin (via WhatsApp) and may be verified first.
- Affiliate fraud (fake accounts, self-referrals, spam) voids commissions and may lead to account closure.
5. User Obligations
- Do not use the service to record or trade goods or services that violate Indonesian law.
- Keep your customers' data (WhatsApp numbers, etc.) confidential, in line with applicable data protection regulations.
- Do not abuse the system (hacking attempts, excessive load, misuse of third-party APIs).
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe (periodic server-side backups), but we are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruptions, data loss due to user error, or failures of third-party services (payment gateway, image hosting).
7. Account Closure
You can stop anytime — simply do not renew, or request deletion of your account and all its data via the contact below. We may close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Major changes (including pricing) will be announced on this page and/or the account page before taking effect.
